EROWA
เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์จากประเทศสวิสเซอร์แลนด์ ได้รับออกแบบมาเพื่อแก้ปัญหาในการผลิตแม่พิมพ์ สำหรับกระบวนการผลิต Electrode เพื่อใช้งาน Sparking ในเครื่อง EDM โดยเฉพาะ ซึ่งปกติในการทำงานแบบปัจจุบันจะพบปัญหาจากการ Set up ชิ้นงาน เช่น ทำ Alignment และการหาค่า Work origin (จุดเริ่มการทำงานของ Electrode) เป็นต้น ทำให้สูญเสียเวลาของเครื่องจักรเนื่องจากการ Set up ดังกล่าว
EROWA จึงได้พยายามคิดค้นวิธีการ แก้ไขปัญหาที่สูญเสียเวลาไปจากระบบการจับยึดชิ้น งานและรักษาค่าต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ และเป็นรายแรกของโลกที่เป็นผู้คิดค้นระบบนี้ โดยลักษณะการทำงานจะถูกแยกเป็นดังนี้
- การทำระบบที่เป็นมาตราฐาน Erowa chuck เป็นการทำให้เครื่องจักรแต่ละเครื่องสามารถกำหนดตำแหน่งอ้างอิง (Positioning) ให้เป็นตำแหน่งเดียวกันได้
- การจับยึด (Clamping) ใช้อุปกรณ์ Chucking spigot เพื่อการจับยึดระหว่างชิ้นงานกับ Erowa chuck
- การรักษาตำแหน่ง (Positioning) โดยใช้อุปกรณ์ที่เรียกว่า Centering Plate ทำหน้าที่รักษาตำแหน่ง X, Y และ Z ของชิ้นงานเมื่อเคลื่อนย้ายชิ้นงานไปที่เครื่องจักรอื่นๆ ที่ติดตั้ง Erowa chuck หลังจากติดตั้งชุดอุปกรณ์หลักทั้ง 3 ชนิดนี้เรียบร้อยแล้ว สประโยชน์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิตก็คือ
- No Alignment
- One time Work Origin
- No Scrap (ลดการสูญเสียชิ้นงานจากการ Setting up) – สามารถตรวจสอบ Dimension ของชิ้นงานได้ตลอดเวลา เนื่องจากสามารถรักษาตำแหน่งหลังจากการนำชิ้นงานถอด ออกและใส่กลับ ณ ตำแหน่งเดิมต่ำกว่า 2µm (Repeatability)
